  • Full elopement planning: You have nothing to think about - just show up and get married!

  • Dreamy wedding ceremony: Officiated by Sea to Sky Officiant - you can either have a legal marriage ceremony or a vow renewal ceremony. Includes vow writing tips, and a keepsake copy of your ceremony.

  • Professional photography: An hour of professional wedding photography from the incredible Gabriela Le Photography, including 40 images.

  • Florals: A bridal bouquet and boutonniere from the incredible team at The Wild Florists.

  • Decor: An A-Frame wooden arch and rugs to ground your ceremony.

  • Extras: Unlimited communication for your peace of mind, up to 10 guests, and ceremony music.

  • Optional Enhancements: Opt to add on Hair + Make Up services, live musicians, videography, drone photography or video, charcuterie picnic, and more!

  • 10-15 wedding guests. Please note, they’ll be standing for the duration of the ceremony.

  • The location is suitable for those who are comfortable walking 10 minutes on a trail that has tree roots and uneven ground.

    If there are walking difficulties to consider, we can offer an alternative location that's more suitable on a different date - we know some gems that are easy to access!

  • We would be sad if you didn’t bring them along! Just be sure to have someone appointed to keeping them safe, and keep them on leash if they don’t have strong recall.

  • Of course! You’ll talk to the team at The Wild Florists about your dream bouquet (they love inspo pics!) and your flowers will be personalized for just you - and of course, you get to take them home!

  • You can do whatever the heck you want! Book a sailing boat, go out for dinner, host a reception or backyard celebration, rent a private sauna by the river, go on a helicopter - the possibilities are endless! Please talk to us for recommendations - we have many!

  • For sure! You’re more than welcome to include a Best Man / Best Woman / Maid of Honor / Man of Honor / Bridesmaids / Groomsmen / ANYONE!

These Pop-Up Elopements are designed to offer a gorgeous, memorable day, all at an approachable price point - you get memories that last forever, without the hefty price tag… because at the end of the day, it’s about the MARRIAGE, not a big, elaborate wedding!

    To get married in BC, you’ll need to obtain a marriage licence. This is a very easy process, I can walk you through it. Bring that on the day, have a warm and authentic wedding ceremony, capture photos - then get your marriage certificate in the post three weeks later.
